JIMBAGS offers standard shipping service within the United States.

Economy shipping (free shipping) will take 7-11 business days to arrive.

Order handling time：2-3 business days

Transit time：5-8  business days

Shipping Notification

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking information. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

The processing of orders will be delayed when encountering with force majeure. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

Shipping Costs& Tax Policy

All tax are included in the price.

We will be responsible for the duty cost but we need customer's help to handle the custom clearance process.

1.Please provide us with the correct delivery information and ensure that someone is present at the delivery location when the package arrives.  After receiving the package, it is recommended that you check the box with the courier driver and pay attention to whether the package is damaged. If there is any damage, please reject the package or contact us as soon as possible.
